Unico Kickstarter

Digital Manga Inc. launched a Kickstarter project on Thursday to bring Osamu Tezuka's manga Unico (1976-79) to the English-speaking world. Based on the past success of Kickstarter projects such as Swallowing the Earth and Barbara, DMP plans to offer Unico (1976-79) in an all-in-one volume in full colour.

The funding goal for the project is US$20,500, and the funding deadline is July 21 at 9:00 p.m. EDT, however it is important to note that should DMP reach it's target early, they have a provision in place to up the ante by offering a second, as yet unnamed, Tezuka work as well.

So, pledge early and encourage all your friends to do so as well.  This is one of Teuka's most important work for children of all ages.
