Artistic shorts

I've been watching a lot of artistic shorts lately. My personal favorite is "The Man who Planted Trees".

I love the message in this; basically, you should strive to accomplish your dream no matter what obstacles you face. It's similar to Gao in Phoenix Volume 4.

Finally, my second favorite artistic short is based off Hemmingway's Old Man and the Sea.

I actually prefer this over the actual short story... it captures the spirit perfectly.

Post me some of your favorite artistic shorts. Nothing from Tezuka because there's already a thread for that in the Tezuka boards.
