And to answer F-Man (really sorry, I didn't see your post before ^^'), yes, Peur(s) du Noir IS GREAT. I watched it a few weeks ago, and I had never seen anything like this... Each short story has its own way to experiment black and white effects and to make you feel ill at ease... The title isn't lying about the movie! And it's nice to see an international team making such interesting work.
I could talk about this some more, but the best thing to do is to watch it ;D
