As of the moment, the manga I really wanna see translated to english is Vampires. Soooo..... yeah, put my vote down for that. Some others include:
Alabaster
I think Rainbow Parakeet is popular enough
And, though no one has mentioned this, Lion Books

Lion books is a sci-fi short story anthology. It's got just about every major Tezuka character in it (except the late ones like BJ, of course) and each issue is a separate independent work. From what I can tell it's his most important short story collection:

black jack i think. i would love to read more of it. and Jungle emperor, because i grew up watching the anime and i really want to read the manga. but just like Space Sheriff Gavan said i would buy any Tezuka manga that would be sold in english.

I would like to see some of Tezuka's more obscure sci-fi manga be translated into English. Stuff like Prime Rose, White Pilot, Number 7, and Microid S.
