Well Sapphire is just a teen when your 12 to 15

you see folks acording to the story of Princess Sapphire when she was born nobody knew what was going on since Choppy made quite a fine mess on Sapphire putting two hearts but when you hear Choppy saying that he was searching for her for 12 years for which Princess Sapphire was at the age of 12 and that is quite she is considered a teen age in which from age 12 to 15 the age is consider a teen 
Tezuka's creation has left quite a legacy not just only in Japan if not all over the world
