Does anyone have a copy of the MADMAN Astroboy 60s B/W Japanese BOXSET #2 release?

If so, can someone check if to see if the file VTS_04_3.VOB on DISC 12 is able to backup / copy onto a hard drive?

I'm trying to back up my DVD collection, and this is the only file / disc causing problems!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
