So I watching Black Jack on Youtube ( Yes they officially subbed and uploaded every single episode ) and while surfing around, I noticed this screenshot of Black Jack in a car with Pinoko.

Turns out that it's from the famous Japanese Game show No Laughing! ( I thought it was over a loong time ago )

Anyways just passing it here, I have no idea what they are saying bu it's hilarious!
