Bagi, Boss of the Earth

After watching Bagi, the Monster of Mighty Nature, I decided to look more into it, and any possible sequels. I found a bunch of rumors revolving around a title "Bagi, Boss of the Earth", is this a real Manga/Anime? Was it unfinished? Was it just a rumor? I want to know where I can find it if it does exist.

I know this is an old post, but there is indeed a manga called Bagi, the Boss of Earth - it's in the Complete Osamu Tezuka Manga Works MT-321. I've seen it, and I don't believe it's directly related to Bagi, the Monster of Might Nature although many of the conservationist themes seem similar.
