Ah! I've been meaning to post here.
As far as manga, I'd love to see Rainbow Parakeet and Three-Eyed One translated. I've been curious about these two, and I really wish someone would pick them up.
As far as anime, it would be nice any of the newer Black Jack animes had english DVD releases. I really wish there was a bilingual release of 2003 Astro Boy too.

Hmmm...
I'd like to see Vampires, Adventures of Rock, Three-Eyed one, and Rainbow Parakeet translated the most.
That would be awesome if they were. >3
I have (some) faith that vertical will, slowly but surely, translate more Tezuka for all the english readers to lazy to learn another language.
