Hii to everyone!I wanted to introduce myself ^^ Some might know who I am though : D

I live in Montreal Canada, but I am on a vacation near it's end in Hong Kong. I got addicted to Black Jack while randomly browsing through cantonese tv channels on one perfect sathurday.

At first I watched it because I was bored, then I kept watching it and my granmother and mom likes anime so they didn't mind. Then I got hooked when i started watching a few episodes online on youtube and the like sites ( I cannot torrent because I am hacking other's connection using wifii )

I also started to draw a lot of fanart, before I only did a few of FMA because I had no time at school. Anyway, nice to meet all of you and hope we can all be great buddies :3

I watched the OVAs in Cantonese, thank god mom brought them for me <3

His voice is pretty well done actually, nearly the same as the OVAs but younger. Pinoko's voice is less high pitched than the OVA I think. For some reason the TV network stopped airing last weekend, but it didnt stop at episode 61 ( the 2 Pinokos or something the like ) It stopped at an episode not written in summaries yet...

I'm glad to meet everyone! I hope there are more users xD

I don't know how I missed welcoming another Canadian to the forums... oh yeah, I was buried under work all of July!!

Anyway, Black Jack fans seem to be in the majority here now, so it dosen't surprise me that it's what got you hooked as well.

Hope your vacation in Hong Kong is going well.

Somehow I missed this thread too, but welcome! BJ certainly does seem to be the reigning favorite lately, closely followed by Kimba.

I had heard the Cantonese BJ was well dubbed, but I've never had a chance to hear it - I'd love to sometime.
