I stumbled upon it last night, while looking for Shatner singing "Rocket Man" (, BTW) , and found this vid, which puts that performance to shame. :lol:

Personally I'm all for informing people about what they are actually clicking on.

I also happen to like that Rankin Bass version of the Hobbit with its rather lush animation by Top Craft (proto-miyazaki), and its music, however horrible people think it might be, is hippy/folky ballads, not stupid musical fare that fills up every other animated production here in the US.

I loved the books Lord of the rings and Hobbit, but I only watched the 2 Lord of the rings animated movies which I found so horrible that I decided that I don't want to see my beloved books raped further by watching the Hobbit.
