I agree that worldwide shipping isn't always available, but in this case and many others it is.
Regardless of what country the item is listed in, if it says "International delivery available" or equivalent under the Shipping/Delivery description (as it does in the above offer) that means the seller has undertaken to ship to ANY of the . Included in this are the US, UK, Canada, most of Europe and Australia.
Shipping rates are set across the board by the amazon site in question, separate to their normal shipping rates. So if you order a used CD from the US shipping to the UK it will cost you $6.89 whether it's a single jewel case or a boxset, and if you order a book from the UK shipping to the US it will cost you
