I like how there is a sort of double dishonesty-honesty thing going on in politics these days, that is, they are mostly admitting that they are dishonest, and so it should be OK. Like a thief robbing you up in the night, gently waking you to let you know he's taking all your money, but it's just his job. Maybe you should leave out cookies for him next time?
