Anyone familiar with Japanese want to help me?

I need help ordering something from a Japanese website. (This is not a Tezuka related purchase)

Their homepage says that they accept Paypal for overseas customers, so I assume they ship overseas as well. Most of the site is in Japanese, though.. including the check-out page. I tried e-mailing them, but never got a response (probably because my e-mail was in English)

Anyway, I know some people on this site can read Japanese, and I was hoping someone might get on some live chat with me and guide me through it.

I'd appreciate it immensely. The item in question that I'm trying to purchase is a record that I can't find for sale anywhere else. And it's not even a Japanese record.
