My Pinoko picture is HUGE! I erased the word bubble, so now there's a big white space.

Yes, you need an image editing program like photoshop (though there are some free variations of it out there) and then trim it way down.

I'm surprised the message board doesn't set limits on size and simply reject that one--it is definitely too large.

Windows Paint is enough to cut parts of an image and make it smaller too.

Okay I don't know if you have a Mac, but I'm sure they have something similar.

How 'bout this? It's small enough for an avatar, it shows all her body, and I reworked the background to match the forum, so it'll display better...
