Princess Knight japanese audio eng subs?

Hi

I've been looking for a DVD boxset for Princess Knight with Japanese Audio and English subtitles, but unfortunately i've only found complete english audio (no subtitles) and japanese audio (no subtitles).

I've found that a fansub group called shibuya subbed the 1st episode in English 2 years ago then disappeared.

Does anybody know where I could find Princess Knight (anime tv series) with japanese audio and english subtitles?
