Hi, just wondering if the DVD of RIbbon no kishi (princess knight) had japanese audio along with english subtitles?

There were two versions, I have the Japanese one from CD Japan; it lacks subtitles. I do not know about the one sold by Yesasia, though.

Do you just watch in raw Japanese, or are there some subs that can be used to make a rough english version? I assume the story is close to the manga, so it should be fairly easy to follow.
