Think I'll have to hit the ATM before bidding

I mentioned the auction to someone in the anime business. He said the price was way out of line. I figure he's in a position to know. It would be wonderful to get these transferred to DVD, but we'll have to wait for the ransom to be reduced considerably.

Still, though, I hope somebody transfers these. I'd really like to read/see Wonder 3.

Yesasia.com offers the original version on DVD; it is one of very few remaining classic Tezuka productions offered on DVD.

When I was in Japan recently, I saw the complete set of Wonder 3 on DVD, along with... Vampires... and uhm... something else (Princess Knight maybe?)

I didn't really pay that much attention because I didn't have any room left in my suitcase (nor the 300+ dollars necessary).

I'd give my right arm to have the Princess Knight set especially plus Wonder 3 as well providing they came with English subtitles of course
