Hello, all

Myself and a friend are in the business of launching a new Tezuka-themed fansite, and we need a name of a character.

He's a reoccuring character; he's very small, VERY small, and has an oversized nose.

Does anyone know his name?

Any help is much appreciated ^_^

without a picture... my guess would be "spider"

Does he say "here to meet'cha!" an awful lot?
