I've read part of the review (my eyes get tired staring at something for too long) and I'll read the rest later, but from what I've seen it is very well thought out.
Well done.
P.S. I'm surprised the computer didn't freeze this time.

Thanks Jb
The first 1960s English adaptation seems completely confused. As you say there's the problem with Look's mother, and on top of that when the disguised Mustachio is captured it's because "there are no penguins at the north pole". True as that may be, it doesn't explain their presence earlier in the episode - something that had me stumped until you mentioned the setting had been changed.
Also, you seem to have repeated the same chunk of text at the bottom of the review under both the "Animated Versions" table and the "Names" table.
(If you just want to search on the text it's the passage that starts "The 1960s series told this story in both its 9th and 77th episodes, the latter of which was a more faithful reproduction of the story.")

But... why the 1963 series has two versions for the same story?
