I always liked his traditional outfit with the black coat, but I do like him in his waistcoat and slippers (at home look).

Umm....I think Black Jack is suits with all his clothes 
But, I'm not really like his surgical clothes....that's too bad
I really like when he doesn't use his coat !!!
