Manga translated text (not scanlations)

Hello,

I wonder if translations of the text - NOT scanlations, which are probably expunged by Viz etc - are available somewhere. Most interested in Phoenix and Black Jack, but others too. This probably should be legal enough without the graphics?

I'm not sure of the legality of it. I mean the scripts are property of those companies... however I'm not sure where you'd find them anyway. Not many people are going to spend time to transcribe already published manga - what would be the point?

What about those not published in English? Of them, I'm most interested in Rainbow Parakeet.
