Question on the online availability?

As far as I know there haven't been any more announcements about Tezuka manga online. However, I believe the consensus was that they're planning on releasing manga for free only in Japanese. Korean and English manga would be online as well, but not for free. This makes a certain amount of sense as I would guess a lot of people in Japan wouldn't really be interested in buying his manga online. Most would already have books, have read it "back in the good old days", or be tech-savy kids who'd consider Tezuka "old school". I'm guessing the idea behind "free in japanese" would be more towards keeping Tezuka merchandise and anime profitable.
