Tezuka In English Discussion Forums

From time to time I have noticed people looking for 1001 Nights
and Cleopatra in English, with the assumption that they exist but
are just hard to find. Could someone who knows better than I lay it out for me?

I've never heard about an English edition of either of those.

Just double-checking where I read one thing.
In the Anime Encyclopedia by Clements and McCarthy; (page 63)

"(Cleopatra) Screened in US cinemas, where it was the first
animated film to receive an X rating... Misleadingly marketed
in the US as hard-core erotic"

In addition they list the title with an asterix which indicates
English availability.

There is another reference to a possible Arabian Nights
edited English version, though the editors admit
finding no supporting evidence.
