Does anybody know anything about this manga called "Ghost".

It can't be a very long manga if he did it... I looked throught the list of the "Tezuka Osamu Best collection" (all 400 volumes) and didn't find anything on 'Ghost'.
I do have a japanese edition of a collection of his short "horror" stories... and just about all of them have to do with ghosts of some sort or another.
Where did you hear about it, Metropolisforever? Any more information?

Yep.. that's definitly a one-shot short story. It might be in the collection I have, but it's a pretty early work (1947) so possibly not.
