I know this isn't really a true "English" language release but I'm not sure where else to put it.
What do you think of the Madman release of "The Experimental Films of Tezuka"?
13 of his short theatrical movies on one DVD. In Japanese with English subtitles, though some of them actually contain no dialogue at all. I thought they were remarkable.
