So it looks like the title hinted at on the front page is , which looks some pretty heavy reading. Impressive!
Too bad it's not out for almost a year.

I'm definitely going to pick this up when it comes out. (And to think that ten years ago, this book wouldn't have even been considered by mainstream publishers. Vertical, we love you.)

Nice one!
I would've chosen that one too if I were Vertical.
Oh well, sadly I already have it in French and I don't plan to buy it again, but still great it will be open to a much wider audience with an English release.

My gut feeling says Ayako as well (and I would get it even though I already have the French version). It fits very well with Vertical's audience and it's the right length for an omnibus edition. Of course, I've been guessing "Ayako" ever since Ode to Kirhito came out.
I'd also like to see Vertical bring out I.L., Barbara and Human Metamorphosis (which just came out as Femme Insect in French).
I'm curious teg, if you've got a source (other than my gut) that says Vertical has picked up Ayako.

I think it is funny how so much emphasis has now been put on establishing that Tezuka did a bunch of adult work that we're starting to forget how much in the way of kids' comics Tezuka did. That said, I've no clue how well that material would sell.
