Perhaps I should've posted "I hope" after that last repsonse...
Effective immediately no longer offers any translated copyright work on it's site. I've been contacted by the nice people at Tezuka Productions and have been asked directly to remove the copyrighted content.
Obviously I have complied with their request.
I do have to say though, I've been treated quite well in all the correspondence regarding this issue. Tezuka Productions treated me with respect and an obvious understanding that my website was in no way intended to be a malicious mis-use of their copyright material. In fact, far from just a nameless lawyer slapping me with a "cease and desist" order, they've listened to what I had to say, considered their options, and have even offered to work with me to explore other options in order to keep Tezuka-Translated.com alive.
Anyway, I'm sure the 5 people that visited my site will be sad to see it go, but I always knew this was a distinct possibility (despite my best efforts to ward it off). So, it's been fun.
