Curious question here - which languages have the greatest amount
of Tezuka translated manga?
For example, top 5 or 6 languages for Tezuka other than Japanese of course.

Chinese is definitely the top. I think there may be as much or more out in Korean as there is in French, but French definitely has the most of any European language. English is probably next, then Italian.

thanks - so probably looks like...
1 Chinese
2 Korean
3 French
4 English
5 Italian
Interesting - Does Italian have just a little less than in English?
What might be the 6th language to add to the list?

Out of curiosity... is there any manga released in Italian or Spanish which ISN'T released in French?

In Italian all four volumes of the Osamu Tezuka Manga Biography are out, while I believe the last one isn't out in French yet.
In addition, the Italian release of Black Jack copies the Shounen Champion edition instead of the Akita Bunkouban edition which the French copies, so it has the issues in a different order. This means that the curretly complete 25 volume Italian edition contains a number of issues which haven't been released in French yet, but most of them will be as the French release continues.
There are, I think, a handful of BJ issues which are out in Italian and won't be in the French release - they're listed in the big Black Jack info spreadsheet I'm hoping to post soon.
That's all I know of that Italy has that France doesn't. It got a number of things sooner, but France has them now.
