Tezuka In English Discussion Forums

Due to popular demand, we have reimplemented the TezukaInEnglish.com forums using phpBB. This is essentially a beta, since we do not have a site-specific theme yet as of this post. I hope to implement that this weekend.

The forums are indeed working, and easy to navigate. I'm looking forward to great discussion now.
