[Unico]

hey Tezuka fans,
I've been reading this site for a little while so I thought I'd join.

My first encounter with anything Tezuka was when I was really young in like the early 90's when we rented both the Unico movies, to me though it was just another cartoon. I'd completely forgotten about it, so like around 5 years ago when I started getting into anime I sort of remembered it, and it took awhile till I remembered enough details to google it. I acquired both the movies and watched them again and it was so amazing how I remembered them and they were still so good.

Sometime around then I got Astro Boy: Omega Factor for the GBA, partially because I found out Unico appears in it and also that it looked fun. It was actually the story in that game that made me interested in Astro Boy, so after that I watched the 2003 version and later the 80's one (both dubbed), and I really like them.

I'm sure most of you probably know more about AB than I do, but its now one of my favorite anime, so I'm glad to join the community.
