Good news - we've just implemented a better security system on forum registrations so hopefully that will reduce the quantity of spam. We have another even stricter upgrade we can try if this one doesn't work, but we'll try this one for now. Keep your fingers crossed.

Spambots don't post as guests, they register and then post.

Leave the security to the programming people - they know what they're doing.

Spam registrations since the new system went into effect: zero.
Total registrations: dropped from 815 to 746 thanks to admin efforts. Go team!
