I vote for Saphire in which I consider Saphire as a Tomboy if you know what I mean she a teen in which she does a boy's job but she is more that a sweetheart indeed to see her fight against evil and not just only Saphire you got Black Jack and other of Tezuka's caracters that have made quite a mark in the world of animee and also manga as well

As much as I love Leo and Black Jack...I have to say Shunsaku Ban (Higeoyaji). In every version he is in, from the loyal friend to Leo to detective investigating Metropolis with his nephew, he is really lovable. A great character and a really nice guy usually.
