Tezuka Fan Sites

Hello, all! I'm working on organizing a new comprehensive list of Tezuka fan sites in ALL languages, focusing on non-Japanese languages. Anyone who has a good link to suggest, please post it here, along with a 1-2 sentence description of the site.

This is a list that is likely to be shown to official people, so I want to concentrate on reliable sites that have been around for a long time and are unlikely to vanish any time soon, and "respectable" sites, i.e. not sites that concentrate on slash or other fan activities which tend to make official staff uncomfortable.

Also, please focus on just listing links in this thread rather than discussion/rating of sites. That can be done in a separate thread if people feel the need.
