As far as I know, yes, the UK Softcover has the picture on the back. I don't know how it fits with the Hardcovers and I don't even know of the releases nowadays still have the Backprint...so...maybe a UK member can help you out better.

Of course, this is just a guess. There could be many reasons why for a delay. Other examples I can think of is that translation might be longer than usual, they might be having legal problems in the way, or whatnot. If you really want to know the actual reason, perhaps you could try e-mailing the publisher
