Hi everybody!! I'm AprilSeven - I've been an active member of the "ABO" forum for almost a year now and have made lots of new friends and learned more about Astro and the amazing works of Tezuka than I could have ever imagined!

Astro is my original and favorite. I'm one of those old enough to have seen the original B&W series and marveling at the idea that I'd be around to SEE the year 2000. Okay, so no flying cars, or seriously humanoid robots (although I wonder if one existed - would "they" tell us? :shock: )

Looking forward to meeting folks here. I live in Orange County, NY - home of the infamous Orange County Choppers, about 70 miles north of NYC.

My hope is that someday we can read all of Tezuka's works in translations that reflect his original stories.
