I honestly had never heard of this movie until now because it's not listed on the anime section of the official Tezuka site. After some quick research I could find that it was released on , I don't know its running time but I'm guessing 40 minutes or less. It plays in planetariums, so it was most likely made as an educational accompaniment for children on school trips and such, just like the movie that played in some space museums.
