Hecate pronounced 'Hecato' is Mr. & Mrs. Hell's daughter who is simply too much a tomboy or too sweet depending upon whether you are reading the manga or wathching the anime. Since Sapphire has two hearts one a boy's the other, a girl's; Hecate parents want to steal one from her. All the while Tink is trying to postpone recovering the boy's heart because Sapphire needs the courage at that time; but also trying to keep the Hell's from taking either.

After the scene in the clip, Hecate does a sexy little walk:

Anyway, Hecate prefers to remain just as she is, so she resits her parents attempts to change her, and in the process, becomes Sapphire's friend.
