I doubt it. Dark Horse's attempt at bringing out "classic" Tezuka tanked... and those were ones with a popular anime tie-in. I just can't see New Treasure Island getting an English release. It doesn't fit in with Viz, Darkhorse or Vertical's publishing schemes.
