Hello Everyone!

Hey everyone! I did not know anything about this site until reffered here by the amazing UnluckyLukeGR. I first got interested in Tezuka after seeing some Astro Boy in the library and finally checking it out, after my father told me how he used to watch it in the 60s... Anyways, since then I have only read 1 volume of Buddha (planning to buy all of them in the near future), about 6 or 7 volumes of Astro Boy, and 2 volumes of Black Jack (thanks again to UnluckyLukeGR).

Other manga series that I read: Naruto, Death Note, Bleach, One Piece (yeah, they are all mainstream, i have yet to seriously read some of the good old school stuff... until now)

Well, thats it. I already like these forums after reading some posts, and I hope to get the most out of all of your collective knowledges (seeing as I am a n00b...)

Let's see, after some Buddha, BJ, Astro Boy, Naruto and Death Note it sounds like your next stops should be Phoenix and Monster.

Does everyone else agree?

I am loving it! I'm trying not to finish it all in one sitting, although i was tempted to. I am at a loss of words to describe how surprised I was at how mature some of Tezuka's work was. To me, all i knew was Astro + Phoenix (kinda).
