I'm slowly making my way - and totally enjoying - the "Monster" anime. I've caught some Tezuka references but would love to hear more from fans of this series.

Dr. Tenma - name taken from Astro Boy's creator.. he also performs unlicensed surgery a la Black Jack

Dr. Reichwein - a psychologist at a university who is clearly modeled on Mr. Mustachio, same moustache and physique

Inspector Lunge/Runge - he looks a bit like Tezuka's Lamp and Redonov

In my experience of Monster there were only a few Tezuka references in the early sections, mostly the ones you've caught, but then when it got to the final stretch there were a whole lot of them in a row, bang! bang! bang! I won't mention them now, though, since they're spoilers.

I will mention that Yuki, the incredibly handsome, psychotic young cross-dressing mass-murderer in MW who's gone mad after being exposed in childhood to a field full of corpses of people exterminated after a sinister government experiments, is one of a pair of twins.

Oh, I also noticed that George Schuman as the same moustache / \ as.. um.. that other Tezuka character who isn't Mustachio - but looks like him. I can't think of his name, but he's in Nextworld.
