I could not find "...The Animated adventures" on either NF or BB; do you mean ?

If not, what was the date of production?

That is all I can remember from those cartoons from my childhood, the mild-mannered voice changing to the booming and authoritative voice once he completes his change of clothes.

Both NF & BB show 30+ results for 'superman' I think I will start with the 2-disc The Superman Collection (Max Fleischer) or the serials.

Max Fleisher = the best or second to best (TAS is back and forth for the title). Lois Lane actually throws honest to god punches in that cartoon. She doesn't act like a "weak girl".
