Distinguishing Features
Tenka Taihei has a vaguely “Hitler-esque” appearance. It’s mainly the haircut. It’s all the rage amongst dictators.

Tenka Taihei built his career as the main character in Rally Up, Mankind! (1967-68), however he’s had a few guest spots in Black Jack (1973-83) as well as made a few rare cameo appearances in a variety of manga.
