Distinguishing Features

You can spot Hitoshi’s father by his googly eyes, and his thin but bushy little moustache that covers his enormous jowels.

Status: Minor Star (★)

Hitoshi’s father is a bit of an odd character, but you would be too if your son was responsible for unexplained, poltergeist-like phenomena.

Notable Roles

Hitoshi’s father made his namesake debut in the Lion Books (1971- 72) chapter, “The Closed Classroom”.  However, his striking visual appearance also landed him a role in the “Mansion OBA: Glass Ear” chapter as the mayor. Given that his son was cast in the Black Jack (1973-83) chapter “Pinoko Love Story” it’s no surprise that he’d make an appearance there too.
